“Fear can be our enemy or our friend.”
Regardless of who we are, where we are from, or what we have accomplished or experienced in life we are each afraid of something. What we are afraid of may be similar or different from each other. However, we all have our own fears in both our personal and professional lives.
Some of these fears have the potential to hold us back and keep us from becoming the person we dream of being.
“Fear is our enemy when it keeps us from following our dreams or doing the things we want to in life.”
Instead of letting our fears keep us hostage we need to embrace them in order to learn from them and grow. We need to recognize what we are afraid of, try to identify the best way to overcome it, and then work to do so.
If we leverage our fears in order to help us learn, grow, and improve we can do some pretty amazing things.
“Fear becomes our friend when it motivates us to appropriately prepare so we can overcome the challenges we are faced with in life.”
We must also remember that without fear we cannot have courage. For us to live the lives that we dream of we must do so with courage and not let our fears keep us from doing the things we really want to.
